These Terms & Conditions govern online registration and participation in 2nd Executive Cup Golf Tournament 2026 organised by GolfHouse Holdings Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “organiser”) under the GolfHouse and Corporate Tour brands.

1. Registration

By submitting a registration form and completing payment, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy.

• Golfer registrations are subject to available tee-time slot capacity (“slots left”).
• Guest / non-golfer registrations may be subject to arrival-window or capacity limits where published.
• A registration is confirmed only after successful payment and on-screen confirmation (and SMS where configured).

2. Event rules

• Participants must follow course rules, staff instructions, and published dress code (golf attire for golfers).
• Golfers must bring their own clubs and gear unless otherwise stated.
• Arrive according to reporting times, and at least 30 minutes before tee-off where applicable.
• This is a friendly corporate golf tournament focused on networking and enjoyment.
• Organisers may amend rules, schedule, or venue details when reasonably required for the event.

3. Fees and payment

Participant contributions / registration fees are payable online via SSLCOMMERZ. We do not store your card or mobile banking credentials on this website. Fees are non-refundable except as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

4. Registration confirmation (delivery)

This website sells event registration (digital confirmation), not physical product shipping. After successful payment, confirmation is provided on the success page and by SMS where configured. Maximum confirmation delivery timeline: Inside Dhaka — 1 days; Outside Dhaka — 1 days.

5. Conduct and liability

Participants take part at their own risk and must behave respectfully toward staff and fellow guests. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organiser is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by the organiser’s proven negligence.
