This policy applies to online registration fees for 2nd Executive Cup Golf Tournament 2026 collected by GolfHouse Holdings Ltd..

1. Nature of the purchase

You are purchasing an event registration (digital confirmation). There is no physical product return. Registration confirmation is delivered digitally after successful payment.

2. Non-refundable participant fees

Participant contributions / registration fees are non-refundable after a successful payment, including change of mind, inability to attend, or schedule preference changes.

3. Approved or failed-payment refunds

Where a refund is required due to a failed, duplicate, or otherwise approved payment correction, any such refund will be processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method via SSLCOMMERZ / the issuing bank or wallet, subject to their processing times.

4. Confirmation delivery timeline

Registration confirmation is digital (success page and SMS where configured). Maximum confirmation delivery timeline: Inside Dhaka — 1 days; Outside Dhaka — 1 days.
