• Event preferences (tee-time / schedule selection, t-shirt size, name on polo, handicap / golf set brand, putting contest interest)

• Payment-related transaction references returned by SSLCOMMERZ (we do not store full card numbers)

2. How we use your information

• To process registration and payment
• To confirm participation and communicate event logistics (including SMS where configured)
• For on-site identification, pairing, and event operations
• To comply with legal or payment-gateway requirements

3. Payments

Online payments are processed by SSLCOMMERZ. Payment credentials are entered on SSLCOMMERZ’s secure pages and are not stored on this website.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with payment processors (SSLCOMMERZ), SMS providers, or event partners solely to operate the event and complete payment. If the merchant shares customer information with any other third party, that sharing is the merchant’s responsibility.

5. Advertisements

This registration portal does not display third-party advertising networks. Event sponsor / partner logos (if shown) are event partners, not ad-network inventory. If the merchant later allows third-party advertisements, that remains the merchant’s responsibility.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
